Anyone know if that is a Ligenfelter Corvette? I thought it was just some Vette when I first saw it but I just looked at some pictures of a Ligenfelter and I'm thinking that might be a C5 one because of the hood. I'm not really a fan of Vette's at all but that thing sounds godly when he floors it. Viper still beats him though :D

I think it might be a Mallett Corvette, but you really have no idea.

And it's not a Callaway. They usually have some crazy bodykit, and their "supernatural" V-8 doesn't sound like that, nor is it that fast.

W/e, the point is, watch the speedometer at the end. It's not lightly modded.

It's got twin turbos. The viper is supercharged.

I'm pretty sure it's a Ligenfelter, look at the hood in this picture compared to the video, it's the same:

That acceleration is insane though, you can tell just by watching the front of the car fly up when he changes gears and floors it.

Actually I spend ALOT of time around cars..

I detail cars for a livin..so yeah..I've driven/washed/buffed ALOT of nice cars...and while the owners not around...I take my time with the baby..pop the hood..check to see all the cup holders and seat warmers....see if the car has any blindspots..

you know..stuff I'd look for it I were dreaming of spending over 90k on a car..

funny story on how i got my opinion ago I washed this ONE guys....Vette tripples..
he had 3 C5 Corvette's..2 hard top..1 convertible..

the hard tops were Black /yellow..
The convert was Red....
all had the same kits/aero packages....except the vert had small venturi's...

I drove the black one around for a little bit..Might I say....The sound systems in vettes suck the wang..
but the view is the nicest view ever..

The VETTE view is what I call it now.....The bulbous fenders ETC ETC..

which is why i don't like the c6 as much..it doesn't have the vette view

Yeah, definitely supercharged. I could hear the blower as soon as he started it up. Did no one else hear the whine? Supercharged C5s are just that fast. Besides, no Lingenfelter would get spanked by a Viper.

I couldn't tell what the Viper was, but it almost sounded turbocharged. Maybe im wrong.

As far as the speedo thing goes, he only gets it going maybe 160 or 170 judging by the position..

i didn't watch it..so let me watch and i'll let you know..

A: they got going about 120-130..

B: The Viper was bolt on parts and nitrous..the exhaust was WAY too loud for it to be turbocharged, and you'd hear the whine of a blower, especially with the way sound travels on those things(considering it would be a centrifugal)

C: I didn't see ANYTHiNg pass them..do you mean the other side of the road


the vette was probably making in the neighborhood of...500HP...Because it didn't even chirp a tire in it's 2nd or 3rd shifts..meaning it wasn't runnin THAT much power..

A Viper can get about the same #'s from bolt ons..and MAYbE a head swap..i'm not exactly sure...but there was deff no power adder other than the nitrous

i have no idea what passes them on the right side all i see are the light on the road but there is a car there. that vette was not a Lingenfelter cause then it would beat the viper. and yes it was supercharged not turbocharged cool video

At the very end of the video look in the right lane.. someone passes them. Maybe they just didn't show a third competitor.

Did you see my speedo pic? It was most of the way across so I'd guess they were going 150... dunno though. It seems like he was slowing down a lot when he got up there, and it doesn't seem like he would slow up as much at 120. Not sure..

It's a mustang passing them on the right..

I saw a little flare in the rear bumper..so it MIGHT have been a saleen....or a modded stang with a saleen rear bumper...

Doesn't matter what it is because it's so FAST!!
