That supra wouldve needed alot more then just a single turbo upgrade to even run with that cobra. It wasnt even a fair race. That is one bbadddaaasss cobra. Bang shifter, twin turbo, NITROUS.....I mean come on. If that supra was on a 200 shot with the turbo upgrade then maybe we'd be talking. I bet that cobra has 900+ hp on spray.

Nice vid. That Supra is a trailer queen? He's probably not stupid enough to drive it there on slicks... have you ever driven a car on the street with slicks? I have and if I was racing a 69 Honda Civic against a Tonka toy I'd trailer it if it had slicks on it! lol

Actually that Supra probably had a T76 and spray itself. This is just another example of why Supras are not "That Fast" in the grand scheme of things. If you think that was joe blowme's average supra then you're hitting something yourself. Note the lack of reverse, and the trailer ride. Thats pretty much all you need to know. I would guesstimate 1000+ at the rear wheels on that Cobra, probably close to the same on the Supra, but the Supra showed its powerband weakness right there. Notice way up top, the Supra had a better chance of hanging on. Down low it got emberassed by a car that was pulling away WHILE smoking the tires. Thats just bad news man.
