record time? i dont think so :S i did a 5.15 in the formula one car the world record is somthin like 5.04 in a tuned minolta, i can break the 7 minute mark in an Amuse S2000 and ur using somthin much more powerful, either ur crap at the game or just dont know nurburgring very well

I did a 5.48 with the 88C-V. Keep in mind that I use this steering wheel (not the official GT4 one), so I'm always slower, no matter how hard I push. If I really concentrated and I used to standard issue controller, I think I could probably do 5.25 maybe.

I think there are three black Supercars in early 90's and three in late 90's. So, you can't buy them all at once I think, it takes a few years.

i have both and yeh the toyota 7 is really good, it depends wat ur using it for tho, for long distance like 24hour nurburgring its good, thts wat i used to do it with, its not better than the formula one car in some aspects but its still really good, if u dont kno how to get it u need to complete the driving missions.

The F1 car is not the best car to drive because of its low weight. Because of this it tends to "jump" through tracks imprefections, even when you have put maximum aerodynamic.

I recommend the Nissan RCP92/89 or the Sauber C9. I've tried both cars and I did a lap under 6 minutes, with any mistake.

ive done a 5.14 in the f1 car... trust me dont bother using it, its impossible to hook it up right, on the technical sections it bumps around too much on the slow corners the wheels dont have enough grip the cars just not made for nurburgring, le mans cars are better, and btw breaking the 7 minute mark in a R92 isn't anything great.. im pretty sure u cud break the 6 minute mark in the R92

So I just have an Idea that I would look pretty stupid if I would have to drive a half minute faster. I also had an idea that it would be impossible, because my time on 6:09 was so fast that I became afraid to drive with myself. And I only made one mistake, and it wasn't serious. I maybe lost 2 seconds - at most.

for those of u who dont kno.... if u have an F1 car do ur lap times in arcade mode, it gives u the option to put supersoft tyres on, decrease the weight, increase the power, and the top speed... things that u cant do in simulator mode
