Its more of where the car is located. The fact that some one was able to get one into Canada is the point.

Why is that so special? If they come in the states, why not in canada?
Last time I checked, I can drive across the border anytime of day, anyday of the year nomatter what car as long as I have my Greencard (thats right, im not a citizen). Probably two other IDs but not a biggie. Its like 30 minutes max to do so anyway.

Go to http://www.cannonball-r.com/nissan.html (http://www.cannonballimports.com) .... all they do is import JDM cars into Canada.. they require little to no modification.. I thought you knew that..?

Didn't canada have the 15 year import rule?
meaning if a car was made in 1989 they could not import it until 2004. I was told this on another forum so dont hold me to it.

In canada there are very few skylines, thats why its a big deal i guess

all those skylines are overpriced. Over 10 grand for a 15 year old car with monster km's?
I think R32's are the only legal skylines in Canada because they are so old.

overpriced? they are just 12,000-16,000k cars but importing one to Canada cost a few grands. thats why they cost more.

The one he showed only had 48,000 miles..
The cars on Cannonball are in Canadian, so.. divide by 2.3 I believe.
Is 15k a lot to spend on a 15 yo Corvette?

12,000grnds is te actual price even in Japan. those cars has value. Nissan sold them under price when new so thats why they still have a high re-sale value i really wish that car could be imported here in PR but they arent legal.

Hi peeps,
Really feel for you guys that can't get their hands on a superb syline. Here in the u.k. they have stopped importing the R34. I have a midnight purple my95 GTR r33 that is sooooo fast compared to anything I've had, corvette 454, lambo. P1 scooby. None of them could'nt come anywhere near the liner' The beauty with the liner is that I can throw it into a track corner at crazy speeds with the arse end breaking away and then the system just rectifies it and puts you in a straight line again..... Magic.
Maybe one day they will import them to you...:)
