Just to cure my curiousity. Besides its good to know how much things weigh. Wouldnt want 4 30lbs rims. That just add to much weight. And since im planning to get an STi soon. im trying to find as much out as I can. Thanks

Ok, but can you beat less than 10lbs per rim? Those Konig Theory's probably tip the scale at 20+ pounds.

My friend and I used to split up, in town, and walk around with our digi cams, and then take pictures of nice rims and cars, and the compare when we meet back up.
Good Times.

konigs... yegch. they are show car rims. crappily built, weigh a ton, about as strong as a plastic cup. i don't know why people like them so much. probably because they are cheap and (sometimes) look nice. the problem i have with konig other than they are horrible, is that they have no original designs. they copy rims of every other real wheel company out there... for wheels i say pay the extra dollar and get something worth paying for. a stronger wheel, lighter, better balanced, and hey, an original design. BBS, OZ, Volk, SSR.
anyway enough ranting for me. i apologize if i offended anyone who lives for konigs, but you have to know, they do suck.

You entitled to your opinion too......
I went for these cause their were so few choices for me in the size I wanted.....
5x100 5 bolt (the one in the pic is 4 bolt), 17x7 with a 40 mm offset, while finding the matching rim for the back in bigger specs... 18x7.5 , 5x100 with a 35mm offset.

Prodrive have their own forged alloys for the road cars (made by OZ), and the rally car uses OZ cast magnesium wheels
