this really isn't spam. he put it in the correct section (marketplace), you're buying the product that he's offering, and by no means does it break any rules by being in the marketplace.

but if i lived in the UK, i'd definitely get my cars immortalized in a style like that. its almost like what designers and hotrod builders do when they draw the concept picture. absolutely the best looking automotive artwork aside from Vic82's motorsport drawings.
