Hey... So I was just doing a little research about learners permits and stuff, and It didn't really help...

What I want to know is, how you get your learners permit (you have to take a test, pay? Ect) basically.

Any help?

basically... go to the dmv with proof of birth, social security card, and some cash... wait in line, theyll take your picture and then you gotta take a written test when they call you up... finish the test, wait some more, and if you pass they give you a permit.
