From Friday 4th July to Sunday 6th July BMW Sauber F1 Team had a Pit Lane Park event at the Trafford Centre, Manchester.

I was lucky enough to attend (On my own) on the saturday. Vicki Butler Henderson was the main event MC and was a great sight. Also Mat Howson was their driving his Formula BMW car & World Touring Car Driver Augusto Farfus Jnr was driving The BMW Sauber F1 car.

I listened to the BMW Sauber 2.4l V8 with NO ear plugs and the noise was incredible, very very quite, actually very very very loud and i was inches away.

It was very wet but despite the english weather i enjoyed it and having a 800bhp F1 car a matter of inches from you doing donuts and wearing no ear plugs was a great experience.

Also feel free to use any as your desktop wallpaper.

Yeah put on a few shows through out the day.

Yep, i enjoyed it, i hope they do it again soon.

Now only a testdrive in the F1 car and the experience would be complete :p

Would like to hear that sound :) the best sound i ever heard to this moment is the sound of Mig-29 full power on afterburners :)
