im thinkin bout buying a eagle talon i love the 4g63 motor and the awd setup just posting this to see wut other people think or any times and hp slips

From what I know, experts say that they weren't all that reliable. The Eagle Talon is just a rebadged Mitsubishi Eclipse. My favorite is the GSX! AWD and turbocharged 4G63 FTW (For The Win)!!!!

Anywho If i were you i'd look for a plymouth Laser, Why you ask?

Same reason I always said I loved the plymouth laser..

And car with the juevo's to call itself a "LASER" is going to be awesome, but if you get that car you have to do 1 of 2 things with it..

Paint it black and put bright red/purple vynill on the side that says "LASER" that goes from one end of the car to the other in a lightning bolt fasion......

Or you need to paint it Red with a yellow vynll that looks like a LASER that says LASER all terminator 2 like

I dunno.. I never really liked buying a Japanese-rebaged-to-American car (ex: 3000gt to Dodge Stealth, Eclipse to Plymouth Eagle). If I were you, I'd rather get an Eclipse GSX.. It feels more "official".

Why?

The badge is the only thing that's different, the mechanicals in the drivetrain, motor, chassis, and interior are identical.

The only difference is, as Driftster mentioned, the spoiler on the GSX versus the Talon's.

Honestly though, I like the Talon's a bit more simply because they're NOT GSX's...Although I'm not dumb and I know they're virtually the same thing.

Performance wise, you can't beat them for a good, well-kept model for the price you'll pay.
