This is for you lot to drool over or buy if you want. As for me, I am turning 16 in a few months and when I turn 18, I will buy my first car. The car I'm thinking of buying is the Alfa Romeo 156 pre facelift. The pretty one - http://www.alfacentro.com/features/156gta/images/gta_1.jpg. Any thoughts?

Edit - That's a GTA. I am looking at the basic ones with 1.8s, diesels, 1.6 etc.

don't get a Rover 75, ive worked on a few and driven them, not as good as all seems, but surprisingly the MG ZT feels alot better to drive. there is alot of cars in the same price range as a 75 and are much better cars.

Great Alfa been one of my favorites for a long time, I ha th chance to drive on back when i lived in Argentina, the one equipped with the biiiiigggggggg wing in the back, great car.... I enjoyed the 145 and the 155 a lot more, but that is a great choice.

I'm just scared of reliability with the 156. The Rover was made by BMW so shouldn't be too bad, and the Jag should be cheaper in a few years.
