Like it or hate it.
Great idea or big mistake.
The new VW Concept T,
3.2 litre V6, 241bhp
0-60mph in 6.9 seconds
144mph
2007 sale date
Rivals are the:
Subaru B9 Scrambler
http://www.arabam.com/fuar/2003/tokyo/subaru_b9_scrambler.jpg
and
Mitsubishi Pajero Evo 2+2

I'd choose the Pajero over them both.
What's your opinions.

I love the color, but it looks very ugly

The B9 is a great car but are you sure they are rivals. The B9 looks like a sports car while the VW looks like a hard top dune buggy

I like the Pajero EVO, that looks awesome! Wouldn't mind take that off-road!

Um...I think it's rumoured to be coming out soon, with the V8 in it as well...

It's a nice buggy, I kinda like it. Wouldn't buy one, though...
Will it see production?

They say the VW will see production in 2007, the B9 also in 2007 and the Evo in 2008.

B9 is hot. The Mitsu is okay, and the dune buggy creation thing is ugly.

How do you suppose they switch the gears on that thing?

the vw has a great engine but i cant beleive it would hit the roads. being a vw owner myself its a bad move. it sell less than the phaeton. well accually, some macho teens would buy it instead of a jeep or something to look cool when theyre not. but i guess its treandy.

It's a concept, it doesn't have to work. But I'm sure the production model (if they ever do make this hideous beast), will have a more realistic and working interior.

This VW has an automatic transmission. If you guys look closer to the pic of interior you will see it. It doesn't look like normal gear stick but is in the same place. The gears probablly are changed by small wheel attached to the side of it.

who cares now. test drive it if you care so much. thats the best way to find out. you can wait two years till it starts hitting dealers.

Why should it work? It doesn't have to. It's not like a production car, bit more a a far-fetched version of a car.

I have my idea of a concept and you have yours :)
