I have heard better....like the sound of my dad's V8! w00t...oh and a Viper V10...BMW ain't got nothing on us Americans! :p

honestly, i cant even hear the sound of the M3...i could only hear only some tiny bits of sounds even if i make the sound louder...

but beh, its similar to the M5, i could hear some of that, i could imagine how it would sound, awsome, but i hope its not going to be a diesel when it starts up...:p

Doesn't soo bad, but it's lacking that little bit of ''ZING!'' that makes some V8s sound totally crazy and mad. I reckon it could have been a tad better.

If the driver was giving it the proper beans it would sound a lot better, I would guess, so I we have to wait and see somebody really ripping it through the straights and corners before we can fully judge the engine sound.
