BMW first needs to lose iDrive, I along with all of you probably haven't heard of a SINGLE accolade about it. And then they need to ditch the crappy styling of that rear end, it looks like a Volvo's tailights slapped on a 2000 Honda Accord's bumper and trunk lid, and then covered the sides in Mazda's new slashing sheet metal...Looks good on their cars and the Z4, IMO, but not here...once again, IMO... 8)

i like this... :) well for the most part..
and the back end of it isn't bad IMO... the rest would be pretty good as an update to the 3-series... :)

Looks quite well. Not as good as should but acceptable. The taillights could use some makeup like the shape of the white reverse light and the front lights could use a little more attention but overall what can i say? What could you all expect after you saw what happened to the 5 series and to the 7 series. It was obvious the 3 series will be "bangled". The M3 looks like a brute  hope it will performe like one....

It's not bad, but I clearly prefer the E46...
I'm really happy my dad decided to get an E46, so he doesn't have to get the E90. :D

I have heard plenty of compliments about it, and if you hate it so much, you can order the E90 with or without the iDrive.

I have no idea where you got those ideas from that rear, but...ok...then. And what do you mean about the 'slashing sides'? I personally think that the E90 side doesn't even resemble the Z4. Or do you mean the crease along the side? Plenty of cars have that character line, it's a common design found in many cars mate.

Not me, i've heard that MMi from Audi is way better. iDrive is too complicated

Nah!! Man the taillights form S4, a4 are superb. These are very ugly...i checked them better and the designers must have been drunk when they made those shapes. Hardly wait to see the new wave of cars from audi (new TT, especially RS4, S3 and maybe RS3). But ugly or not the engine on the next M3 will be, no discussion, a masterpice as BMW used us with.
