View Full Version : Ferrari Enzo on eBay

Although the identity of the car's owner is being withheld by the company selling it on his behalf, Flogit4u.com, it revealed that he is a UK resident.

Clearly, he was one careful owner, as the car only has 500 miles on the clock and a full service history. And then there's the question of insurance. The V12 engine takes the car from nought to 60mph in 3.3 seconds. It has a top speed of 218 mph.

While its true value is unclear (so far £100,099 on eBay), an extra car made in 2005 for Pope John Paul II sold for $1.2m (£644,000) at Sotheby's in aid of the Tsunami appeal - almost twice the original list price of $640,000. A similar model was recently valued at £1.4m.

Why would you donate an Enzo to the Pope? So it can sit around in his garage for a few decades along with the other supercars in there? Honestly, give the supercars to the car enthusiasts, the people that can truely appreciate the car and use it the way it was meant to be used.

That is what you call elegant. That's what everyone needs is a car that has been maintained through service's so that car is in excellent condition. If you have not ragged the piss out of a car and got it serviced every so many miles its easy to find a good reliable vehicle with 200,000 miles on it but it just doesn't seem to be the case in America really.

Wasn't it sold before he died?

Anyway that's a total beauty. There was another Enzo on eBay the other month aswell. Lovely cars.

well ive heard the retail price of the ferrari Enzo is 1.2million when it first came out. well this car is a beauty, but its a shame its still in red colour. if it were in some other bright colour it would make it stand out even more. but anyway i love that sleek cool design of the car. lol, the website - flogit4u.com. lol. :D

Hmm, eBay almost sells everything! 1st the green LP640 and now this Enzo. Anyways, i'm expecting people to bid very high for this one becuase the Enzo is rare and is now out of production.

And yeah the pope has an Enzo too, Ferrari were only going to make 399 units but they made an extra for the pope which = 400.
