its either a fake or its an actual letter written like that from Ferrari to raise some publicity on possibly the greatest Ferrari ever made.

The document is too simple to be official, the letters don`t fit, the quality of the pic is just bad in one part and them good in the other, too simple language and specs wich seens quite unrealistic.
So I put my money that this document is 100% fake.
