thats a nice car and all but usually in chases cars crash and get dented, etc. won't it be expensive for the police to fix their super car?

and i think if the cops that drive that car around all day its going to have reliabity issues

I'm sure that at least one camera would be able to take a picture of a speeder's license plate and then the police could show up on his front step. Virtually no reason to have a car of this performance to chase down anybody going 1XX mph.

If you get caught doing some ridiculous speed (100mph+), and you're smart, you'll pull over right away. Because if you give chase and they catch you....man you're f*&ked.

If you're trying to get away in a car and are being chased by that, one thing you can do is to break hard. Your sturdy vehicle will take a bit of damage, but the impact will have disabled the T1 due to it's lightness.

Stop taking it so seriously! It's not meant to be considered in real world situations, 'cos it'll never be used!

It's a physical statement, a show piece. It's meant to be rediculous/humourous for these reasons.

and there is the problem that they will have to find a cop that can actually drive... maybe one of the guys they want to catch in the T1 should do that job....
