Default A Beautiful sight

My brother works at a BMW dealer.... took this picture with his phone. Not a great picture, because it was with a cell phone, but i thought I would share it anyway. I think the M5 and M6 are both beautiful, but the reason i made this thread is, even though they are both beautiful, i think the margin between a 550i and m5 and the margin between a 650i and m6 is too little. Even though someone who is buying an M knows why their buying it, other than looks, I still think BMW could have done a better job to distinguish its M models from the regular ones. I agree that simplicity is beauty, but its arguable when it has such a high price.

very nice picture, i want one get your bro to get me a M3 GTR, asap

anyway, the M5 and M6 arnt expensive compared to there battling cars, for the enthusiast they could spot it out, but for a everyday person, its really hard, so im happy with there cars, i just hope they make a hard core M6 CSL

M's have always been about sleeper speed. If you want something people will gasp at, get an Alpina or Schnitzer or Dinan.

Well those are kindof like aftermarket, but when u see an MB thats AMG , you know its no regular benz, even the simplest benz is drastically changed by AMG styling. For example, my friend has a g500, his dad has the 55, AMG has mad the extra 10-15 grand worth it, from getting a g500 to 55. I use this example, because i dislike the g-class, but when i saw the difference of the AMG model, I actually liked it a little.

Both are great cars...can you do me a favour ?
Ask your brother how to differentiate a 530i sport between a M5 from the front ? I've seen quite a lot of 530i with M5's rims so I wonder whether is it a M5 or not .

thats a 530i sport

heres a real M5

they're mainly the same, because the kit on the 525i to the 540i, just adds a kit, for those who cant afford the engine, but want the looks... the 'kit' is called a M sport kit...

the rims too...the rims on the M5 has no hollow spokes, you know, just like the privious M3, it has spaces between those close spokes, the 530i has those things...know what i mean? lol

AMG is to MB as Alpina/Dinan are to BMW- not 'aftermarket'. Rather, Mercedes doesn't have any equivalent to BMW's M.
