Take away that badge and mod the shape of the grille and you've got an Audi A6...

According to the looks, I think it's just the American version of the European Ford Mondeo.

Are you kidding? The Marauder was awful.

Mercury's version of the Ford Five Hundred is badged as the Mercury Montego. The Milan is different (they promise).

Incidentally, I'm not sure if anyone's noticed but this seems like a good venue:

Ford and Mercury new products:
- Ford Freestar
- Ford Focus
- Ford F-series
- Ford Freestyle
- Ford Five Hundred
- Mercury Mariner
- Mercury Mountaineer
- Mercury Montego
- Mercury Monterey
- Mercury Milan

They're totally going for the alliteration theme. Lincoln doesn't seem to be playing ball, but then, they haven't had a new product in two years. And in fact, their last two new products have been auto industry examples of what not to do, with the Lincoln Blackwood being likely the biggest failure of the decade.
