Default I Saw A Ultima Today!!!!

Hi guys. This is my first day at SCF, and also my first thread.
For a start, I live in Denmark, and as you might know, our cars ar fORking expencise, in general they cost three(I'm not joking!) times as much as anywhere else. Well, my storie is that I just got of work, and on my way home a saw this silver car, and I right away knew, that that thing would eat any car in the entire world; It was a ULTIMA! I took two pictures plus a crappy video, but I tell you guys; The sound of 720 hp,-boy, that can't be compared! When the guy who owned it drove away, I talked to a guy who just got a ride in it. He said, that it was not either the acceleration or the speed that was the most thrilling thing about it, it was the deacceleration; the breaking. He told me that he felt like his head gone be ripped of his body, haha.
But enjoy the pics!
-Simon
Oh, and sorry that the pics are so lousy, but the guy was in a hurry...

Bloody hell, the owner must run some highyl successful business or something, and that car is MAD. It's a proven record breaker, 720bhp, developed and built by the same man, and look at that rear wing! It's massive! I suppose it keeps the car steady at stable speeds, but that's one hell of a wing, and one hell of a car, I would be lucky to see one of those in my whole life.

Yea, I feel pretty lucky too! And at first, I was like "No fORking way! I don't get to see the worlds fastes car in DENMARK! I mean, what a the ods of that?! But I think you are right on about he could afford it, cos' he was visiting a local factory, and the guy I talked to, said he was just "visiting". But to honest: It is one of the ugliest cars I've seen! But how cares, cos' when you floor it, nothing can keep up with it. Damn...

Funny though. If the Ultima didn't exist... hadn't set any records... and someone posted a picture of a kit car with that wing on it, everyone here would call it rice! lol

I think the Ultima is ugly...

BTW... welcome to SCF Simon

Thanks!
I agree; it is ugly. And the thing about it's looks: I also think it looks like a cheap kitcar, and that is really the cool thing about; imagine a guy pulling up next to him in Ferrari F430...haha, you get the picture =)

I see what you're saying but I'd rather pull up next to that Ferrari F430 and blow his ass away in the 1/4 mile with my 35 year old Camaro! lol

So that's what that thing is. I was watching the latest Gumball and saw an orange one of these doing donuts in a Vegas carpark.

What engine does it pack? Sounded like a supercharged Chevy motor to me.

Welcome to SCF!! Not really a fan of the Ultima but heard a lot of good things about it....none of it relevant to its styling....
