i was reading my sportscompactcar mag and i read something about a new disco potato turbo.
ment for 2.0L cars our lower. like hondas mazda's meitas integreas eclipses and audis .and others. they are small turbos that offer moderate sized power, with short spuls to ( and who does not like short reaction time) with a price for about $1880 to 2200. they are new and they say soon to become more populer. if u have anymore info about them plz do tell[/url]

I think those were the wrong links.. one was just a regular turbo for 1.8L - 2.7L at $1500, and the other was a "pop charger" for a VG30DETT.

It's actually not a "new" disco potato, its just finally in mass production. If you read up on the Project Silvia in Sport Compact Car, they explain alot about this wonderful turbo. It's apparently nearly perfect for anything 1.8-2.2L. Even with street gas it's good for 300+hp. I'm thinking of slappin one on my b18b Integra. The Project Silvia runs 12sec 1/4 miles with pretty easily, so it makes this turbo sound very nice indeed. Go to www.turbobygarrett.com for more info on it.
