....about 5 or so have been in accidents. this is the 2nd one that i know of that is unable to be repaired.

Man. Does the tyre on the first picture belongs to the Enzo!? It seems like a tyre from a Nissan Sunny 1987 to me

No wonder it chrased with such a tyre!

well apart from the loss of life, its an improvement to the car, and i'm not trying to be funny,
I would go into all the its so sad, but he took the risk driving it like that on public roads, if it had been like the CGT crash on the track and it wasnt his fault, then that is truly truly sad
