Geez man, you must be an absolute tank! I can barely get 45kgs. Oh yeh, I'm 14yrs old.

Oh well, the only thing I can claim to fame is my swimming; 29.8sec for 50m Free and 1.08.3 for 100m Free! And that's not even that good.

Nice...he must be really talented. I know quite a few good swimmers, plenty who have gone to National Titles. They are really physco, and I thought I was good! They do like 26's for 50m!!

I used to work out everyday, but i haven't in a while. I can max out at 180 pounds, maaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyybe 200 on a good day if i'm feeling lucky. But i usually bench 135. I do 5 sets of ten reps each. I Bench press, curl, upright row, shrug, squat and do calf raises. I used to do that everyday, but it's more like once every couple of weeks now.

I work out everyday. On mondays and thursdays I work my chest and triceps. On tuesdays and fridays I work my back and bicepd. Wednesdays are leg days and I run several miles everyday for stupid cross-country practice. My main sport is wrestling though. Now I can bench 110lbs, 115 halfway, pretty good since I only weigh 105lbs. and I can do 15 pull-ups.

I work out every day. I do a different body part each day.
Monday-chest, Tuesday-abs, Wedanesday-Legs, Thursday-Deltoids, Friday- Biceps, Saturday-triceps, Sunday- rest
My max bench is 200 lbs, and I can only do three reps.
I love to show off my triceps (they look sick)
I also run track occasionally (my best race is the 100 m)

i dont really lift. but i do have built legs from biking. probebly the biggest in my grade.
i have never really lifed before. but i did a bit while at a hotel. and i can bench 110 pounds/50kg i dont know my max, to me that is impressive for a guy who barely touches waghts at all. when i hit the leg machine at the hotel, i cranked it to the max witch was 250 pounds/113Kg, and i could rep those, so i dont know my max leg power too. i guess i have somewhat of a naturaly built body. makes me wonder how strong i could be if i actully start lifiting, daily.
my bro is strong too, though he does not look as strong as he is. a while back we played this game called backyard hat wreslteing. the person who has the hat is the victom. not going to get into details but.
one time almost all of us jumped pig piled on my bro. all of a sudden lifted us. that is like 700+ pounds on his back. it must have looked funny because he slowly got up, so we slowly fell off his back one by one. i'm going to guess that he had an adrenaline rush too. also the way he lifted us prolly had something to do with it. my bro was prolly 16-17 at the time.

I used to be in really good shape, but I don't play soccer for any team anymore so now I go to a gym and do a regular circuit training routine, calf raises, alllll the arm excercies, and general torso stuff, I don't know what they're called...I just put the weights on and hit 'em...Bench wise?? Since that seems to be a universal thing, for a 5 foot 8 guy at 151 lbs, I'm doin, exactly 150, about 30 of them, 3 sets of ten...

And as far as leg raises and general lower body stuff I can lift a good 330 lbs, that's if I were still in shape...which I'm not...

Back in my "heyday", about 3 years ago, I could run a 4 minute 32 second mile... :P

crap thats fast. well faster then i can.
my lazy friend does it in like 14-16 minutes. he is way out of shape and he knows it.
but i am a decent biker. i bike in the 21 gear and i am too lazy to shift gears even up 45+ degree hills. i do do about 7-14 miles everyday. i could do more, but i dont feel like it most the time.
i found an AB-wheel today. and i am going to start using that. and i found a dum-bell. and i can only put it to 20 pounds. gotta buy more slabs for it.

I never really ran the 1 mile but when I did track I could run 2 miles in 12:26. As far as legs go I used to have really strong legs. I used to be able squat 400lbs for one rep but after knee injuries I can't squat anymore. I tried but it hurt too bad after just 250.
