To all Americans: Happy Independence Day!!
 So what is everyone doing for the Fourth of July? I'm probably gonna meet up with my friends, stand on the George Washington or Triboro bridge (forgot which one it was), watch the fireworks, go back to Jamaica (Queens), smoke some reefer, go back home, and stuff my face with leftovers from my dad's cookout.  |

I love how there is a thread for Independance Day yet there was no thread for Canada Day

 I've never got what Independence Day is really all about. It's not about when aliens came over New York to blow the crap outa you, is it? Like the film? Haha. I have a feeling that it's when you American's finally kicked us British off your turf and had the country to yourself? |

Weee.. It's July 4.
We're going to do some barbecue with family and friends.. go swimming in the pool, chill, then watch the fireworks. Hopefully the weather won't mess us up. |

This isn't a holiday for me...
This is the 7th 4th of July ill be working, as this is the absolute busiest, craziest, most jammed pack day at Pier 39, where i work. I really just want to go to a bbq at the beach with a bunch of friends, hang out, relax and watch some fireworks. We got a kick-ass firework show here at the pier, but ill be busting my ass until then. Its 11 am now and the fireworks are at 10, i think. Well my break is over, and my dad/boss dosent want e on his laptop. Everyone else have a blast!

I've got a calculus test tomorrow but this weekend I'll be celebrating the holiday in the traditional American way of blowing things up dating back to the blowing up of the British ships and soldiers back in 1776 (just kidding you Brits!). I'd tell you guys about last year but to be totally honest the statute of limitations hasn't run out yet.

my dogs deadly affraid of loud bangs, he escaped at mid night last night and I had to chase the little (large ) ******* down
tieing him down hardcore tonight anyways, this is my first day off in over a week, and I'm just chilling all day, doing some fire works tonight, and sleeping until 3;45 when I go to work damn. cant wait for the weekend. 2 day break, IF they dont want me to work saturday. sundays are always off
