The movie has been produced with cooperation with szybkie-miasto.pl, it presents the scene of streetracing in Tricity, Poland.

The video editor did quite a nice job.
Some nice cars as well.

From what I have seen on Polands tuning and resto-mod scene there are some high quality builds driving around over there.

How are regulations over there in regards to modifications and keeping the vehicles street and smog legal?

very nice vid, and cool cars...^^maybe they just dont pay attention to regulations. they might have regulations for stock cars, but maybe dont pay attention to regulations to modded cars...here in my country, the only regulation is no cars older than 1997 can be INTRODUCED to the country, meaning cars older than 12 years, unless the car is in very very good conditions(eg: people introduce 1960s chevy novas, camaros, mustangs, etc... restored) thats the only regulation, you can bring anything here, and do whatever you want to it.

It is twice as big as it needs to be.
