Thumbs up Ford vs. Dodge

Yesterday me and my bro were driven home in my dads jacked 05 Excusion(Mods include edge chip intake, exhaust and so on..). We were driven down broadway (the main street that runs through town) and we pull up next to this jacked blue 03-04ish Dodge. We take off slowly from the light and as were next to each other I feather the throttle a bit and then I gunned it. We started at pretty much the same time so it was a good race. In the end We won by about 2-3 1/2 car lenghts.

Haha i love street racing with trucks. a lot of them have some unexpected power. two most memorable

we had a F-150 and raced a Harley (Harley won obviously!)
we had a Durango and raced a Civic w body kit & wing (Durango won!)

So it's not truck on truck, but it's fun nonetheless

Good kill man. I remember a Ford Lightning kicking the crap out of my 3000GT a couple years ago. Some of these newer trucks are pretty quick in a straight line.

I knew that at the time, but I figured it had to way a lot, so I thought I had a chance. That was also a couple years ago, back when I didn't know better. I'd love to have a go at that guy now.

If you can't tell if the guy next to you is racing then you have no business pressing the accelerator.

You're a testament to drugs during childbirth... How the hell do you know this VW "had like turbos and stuff"? LOL...

I'd have to argue that one. Yes they do... I'm not saying he wasn't racing, I believe you. I'm just saying that diesels do blow clouds of black smoke under acceleration, even mild acceleration. Some more than others. You can have two identical diesel pick-ups and one will blow more smoke than the other, but they do blow a lot of smoke sometimes...
