he pulled on him at the end. he probably would of got him in the 1/4 mile.

i'm suprised the GT-R's tranny didn't let go. i wonder how many launches he's done so far.

Because the transmission is special! Because the cars drag coefficient is,....because ATTESSA,.....because $80,000,..........because omfg twin turbo....because....

Nope, can't see buying one of those fat, unreliable turds, in comparison to a Terminator.

One car was built on media hype, the other built its reputation being one of the baddest mofuggers on the street.

I'll leave it to common sense to dictate which is which.

I'd happily take the GT-R or even the R32, R33 or R34 GT-R's instead of the Terminator.

and? in stock form, the Terminator wouldn't have a chance. with the bolt-ons listed, that car would be up near 500hp. plus, they weigh almost exactly the same with the Termy probably weighing in at 36-3700lbs.

dammit, now i wanna race a GT-R in my Mustang. but it would have to be right on its 15th launch.

It's either the GT-R sucks or the driver sucks. I'm thinking it's both. By the way those shifts we very violent was that power shifting.

I would pay for a terminator before I was given a GTR.

It has a real transmission.. a real motor.. and IMO, looks better.

Congratz to the GT-R for not spewing parts out of the exhaust for the entire acceleration. Those Cobra's look verry good, my favorite Mustang after '90.

As much as i like Mustangs, the GT-R was never meant for drag racing. Take it to a track and it will be a whole different story.

I don't think it's more than 450 bhp.

Give me the Schwarzenegger over the GTR. (Pretty much because running costs will be about the same as a Ford Windstar excluding tires)

However, an R33 or R34 would be a better car to have than a T Mustang from a personal opinion stand point.

And as for these videos.....sigh.....you know how I feel.

Ford might of rated the Termy at 390hp, but many stock Termy owners have been getting close to that at the wheels.
