Default Matt Black Corvette C3

Quote:
]We’re not really comfortable with modifying classics like the C3 Corvette (1969-1982), but in this case, we’re forced to make an exception. Painted in a sinister matte black finish, this awesome custom-made Corvette is bad to the bone, full of sensual curves and pure muscle. There’s no note of the whereabouts of this Mako Shark Vette, but in one picture we see a Peugeot 205 in the background so we’re guessing its somewhere in Europe.
This car comes from Spain.

Your thoughts?

Superb, even has my lucky number on the side. Not too sure on the exhaust, but that can all be changed after purchase...

I believe by matt you meant matte, like the type of finish?

I like the looks of it, its rather aggressive.

I personally think all Corvette's look better with the LeMan's style headlights. It's on my list of things to do with mine, but I've got other stuff to spend money on until then.

That was done because when you stuck a really aggressive cam in the old ones, it dropped usable engine vacuum to the point that the vacuum powered headlight actuators were unreliable. Now with electric vacuum pumps it is not an issue

That is something I did not know actually. Interesting.

They sell kits for C3/C4/C5 'vettes on Ecklers, I'd do it if I had the money.

You mean a tach and a shift light. Yeah, thats what you mean.

Pretty awesome Vette overall. Those Hoosiers look monstrous, and look like street slicks which just add to the coolness of this C3. I'd give it a 9/10, I just think the lip on the rear is too aggressive for my tastes.

i always feel that this model of the vette the c3 always looks good in glossy black.

but this car looks nice and the le-mans style head lamps looks real nice.
