Default Over Lap Valve Angle!

over lap valve angle means:
that the intake valve and the exshust valve be open at the same time at the cylinder of the engine.
this happen to enter a good charge of (fuel+air) to the engine and exist the exshust gases of the engine
the angle mean the angle on the crank shaft of the engine. which measured with the motion of the valves of the engine.
in supercharged and turbocharged cars the over lap angle be larger than the over lap angel in normal car.
cuz in super or turbo charged engine we use a large charge of fuel and air so we need the valve be open long time to could take all this charge of fuel and air. and make cooling to the turbine blades of turbo charged engine.

any one understand this or not???

Yeah teacher. I'm not a mechanic, but it's normal to get the intake and exhaust valves opened at the same time in a 4-stroke engine?
If you want more air & fuel injected onto your engine is not better to have bigger valves?

there are other problem too, like when valve overlap occures when the piston is going up and hits the valve, there goes the piston and the valve, that cylinder would be screwed, and im no mechanic, im only going to school to be educated about what goes on in engines...it's coming in handy around here
