He didn't mean he had taken the lead of the Driver's he meant in the Drivers championship he was no longer dependent on his rival's performances.
And it was totally unfair, everyone agrees it was bollocks, Mosley said that they have data, I say WE HAVE EYES. Human witness accounts is much better than digits babbling on a computer screen, he was nowhere near him, three tenths of a second my arse, three tenths of a tenth of a second more like it.
