I'll take the Z8. It's just art, and I remeber the first and only time I ever saw one. That was a totally crazy experience because I had never heard of the car when i saw it in person.
I love the Porsche, but it pales next to the Z8, and the boring interior really kills it. The Viper is just terribly outdated. It's definitely the coolest of the bunch, but right now I just want that Beeamdoubleyou, even though it costs twice the price of the Viper. I totally forgot how awesome it looks! |

^I usually i wait to see what people say about the cars before i post, but the Z8 is just an awesome sportscar, i agree w/ you tom k.
it doesn't have a lot of buttons, the interior is simple, and doesn't age. the exterior looks phenomenal 1. BMW Z8 2. Porsche 996 Turbo: I like the 996, the Z8 is just so much cooler, and rarer. 3. Dodge Viper: Looks awesome, crappy interior though, price is a plus. |

Oh, no question. The Porsche. The Z8 is tempting because it's so rare and so incredibly awesome looking, but the Porsche is a true drivers' car, and a truly fast, finely built machine. I don't like the original Viper much. The new one is where it's at.

The viper appears to hold its value better than the other two which is always a good sign. The Porsche appears to lose the most value which is a good thing for us wannabe Porsche owners.
I got to stick with the Porsche in this comparison, The Viper is nice but its not one of the more hardcore models availabe now. The Z8 seems grossly overpriced when compared to the other two cars. 1) Porsche 911 turbo 2) Viper RT/10 3) BMW Z8 |

dont care about the price...the BMW is just a great car, the interior is great, though i really prefer dials in the middle its still a great car, its rare, that isnt a good thing cause it will be exensive, but we dont care about the price, so dosent care, the looks, what, its just soo better with the other cars, the turbo, as you know, had already new version so thats just a boooring car to someone like me, but still a great car, the viper is just tooooo old, get the SRT-10 or whatever it was...
sooo.. 1: BMW Z8 2: Porsche 911 Turbo 3: Dodge Viper

ooh this is tough, the viper is, well, a viper. but it goes on the bottom of my personal list of the three. ive always loved both the 911 turbo and the z8, but ive even been able to sit in a 911 turbo whereas ive only seen a quick flash of the front and a good look at the rear of a z8 turning a corner when i was up in vancouver. straight line and price tell me porsche, handling is probably a toss up unless its raining, rarity and design go to z8, its down to the z8's interior
z8 it is! EDIT: thirty seconds after writing that i remembered a z8 that i passed by every day for 2 weeks when i worked at the museum, but i only saw it if i looked at just the right moment and i often missed it Last edited by at0mikd0g : Jan 13, 2007 at 1:48 AM. |

The Z8 is a work of art, i saw one parked and i just couldn't lift my eyes over it. it is one of the best designs ever made by BMW.
The viper on the other hand is the most powerful in this comparo, i never saw one in reality but i am sure it looks great. In the end of the day i would choose the turbo it offers the best of every thing. performance, looks and AWD and the Porsche's badge ......

Z8, I've only seen two in my life, one was an Alpina in black btw. The other was with Mopar68.
A 400bhp RWD roadster, with those looks? Sure. I hated the original Viper, still think it's ugly as sin, and the 996 Turbo, well, I'm confused as to how that stacks up against two purpose built automotive accessories. __________ Wait, I just noticed the prices... I'll take the 996. Even though I voted for the Z8.

thats good luck for me, congratz!!
well 8 has similar sounds of our words meaning "rich" or something, and your number combination is a very very expensive plate in here, i saw it even once when i was going back home after school, it was on a bently arnage or something, then the old man came out, rich rich old man of course and darn, you saw 2 Z8s, i never saw it, exept in the bond movies, and pics from the internet... and games of course

I'd say the Viper. Its half the price of the Z8 and faster than both the 911 and BMW to 100km/h. It seems like the most focused car here.
The 911 seems like an equally good choice for its better interior and is easier to live with but I'd rather keep my 20 grand. As for the Z8, the only thing it has is its looks and interior. I have seen more Z8's than Vipers.
