Default MC12 Corsa vs Saleen S7 TT Competition

Once again, we have 2 cars that are designed to do one thing very well: go fast around a track.

Which do you think would be faster overall on a circuit?

Power: 755hp
Weight: 2646lbs

Saleen S7 TT Competition

Power: 1000hp

I'm gonna put my vote on the Saleen. I think the standard TT version already beats the MC12, so in Competition form, it would probably still win.

its annoying when doing comps, sometimes you can find some really amazing large pics for one car then the other car you carnt find any decent sized pics apart from a few shity ones.

Joe Prote, you do know that they are both street legal, in case you didn't know.

I will take the MC12 without a doubt in my mind. That car is just amazing and looks simply gorgeous. From the front to the back it is all out racecar, but the best part is, you can drive it on down to your grocery store with an engine that will scare the living crap out of people. This car is awesome on the track judging from its domination in FIA. While I have big respect for the true American Supercar, and it doesn't look nor perform to shabby either. Only thing I would do is probably paint the MC12 a different color, say black or silver.

The S7TT would beat an Enzo, the Competition version would stomp the Corsa. It corners as good or better and makes more power for the straits. The S7 makes tons of down force with a spoiler so I can only imagine what it makes with one. The Corsa is a great car but the S7 is just faster

wait, the Mc12 isn't road legal, like the FFX, and the S7 comp is a package you buy, like a tuner upgrade

But me, i'd want that MC12 corsa, i mean to say you own one, and then to drive one very very fast on a track, thats somthing. The MC12 is a huge success in FIA GT1, so to own a car so similiar, thats cool

You know what, I did some research about the legality of the Corsa and I found out that yes, in fact it is only for the track. But if you look at the Edo Competition MC12 Corsa which is basically the exact same car, and it is street legal, so I am confused.

As far as i know the MC12 Corsa is the same as the FXX. Used for private track use and exhibitions. How can be that car road legal?

"Maserati has taken the wraps of its $1.7 million supercar, a new track-only version of the World Championship-winning Maserati MC12 called the Corsa and which will only be sold to valued Maserati customers who will be restricted to using their new supercar on private track days."

I read in a magazine called Sports Car International that the Competition versions of the S7 are not street legal. Problem solved. Both cars are track only.
