It depends... For instance, I'd definitely buy the NSX over many European cars.
However, overall I think I'd go with Europeans, and especially German.

dammit i hate when people put stuff up like this. but anyways as a whole I would have to say Japanese becasue their cars are on par with their german and european contuerparts and they sell for thousands less, Japanese cars still do not get the respect they deserve. but if you look at it car by car it all comes down to personal taste and if you like the badge on the hood.

JAPAN JAPAN JAPAN thats all it is japanese who came out with the technology who is the number one source of technology and when that is put with cars it make a big dif also if you have a bmw for instance like an m5 and you have a 240 or silvai or 350z you put a turbo on any car put the psi up to like 12 13 or 14 and boom saygood bye to that crap but i have to give the europeans some credit the cars are nice lots of power but the cost one hell of alot. japanese take the r34 skyline the things s frikin rocket and take the pijout or bmw and boom the skyline has better take off thanks to limmited slip diferential and 4 wheel drive and there is the skyline for thousands less. the point im getting to is that japanese are better more stuff to do with them and cost less. i can buy a canadian silvia wich has pop up lights and get a front end conveersion and engine swap and fix my car up and all of that will sum up to like a bmw or audi. it also depends on your take of the cars.

Japanese baby! European cars are nice and such. Japanese cars are wicked sweet! There is such a huge amount of imports from Japan, and not so many from Europe here in the US. Japan cars are more customizable, have more personality, are more cutting edge, and more tunable. Japanese please!

euro baby

ruf, tvr, venturi, ferrari, benz, bmw, aston martin, lamborghini

for all u cheap asses, you get what you pay for

FOR INSTANCE:
honda made a car thats costs $200,000... who would honestly buy that?!?!
if any of the cars stated above made those they would sell.

its like buying payless, you are paying less for shoes but there still NOTHING compared to jordans

haha sr20det is funny comparing a family sedan with two door coupes.
r34s are about the range of euro cars buddy
porsche gt3 vs a r34
gt3 is a little more than $100,000
all r34s are used for about $90,000+
pick one

I'd pick the GT3 without even the slightest doubt, even though the R34 has similar or even slightly better performance.
I'm a euro man too.

definetly european. Mainly german. They are serious about they're cars. They build them solid. Sure, the seats can be a little hard. But thats a minor detail.

Fiat, Citroen, and Peugeot make very crappy cars. Unreliable just like VW and Mercedes. Opel is technically not European since it and Saab are mostly owned by GM. I've never seen a Vauxhall that I liked. Jaguar is all-out luxury as well as Bently. Alfa Romeo is like all french companies, crap! I don't mind Lotus. I don't know anything about Seats, Bugattis, or Maseratis. Audi is at least a little better than their VW counterpart. Mclaren never makes affordable cars. BMW has good performance, but they all look the same (boxy), and they cost too much. Lambhorginis and Ferraris are horrible when it comes to performance per dollar. Enough said.

Ford makes very unreliable cars. Chrysler has never made anything too great. Except for the Dodge Viper. GM is the company that ownz. They make the most reliable and most affordable cars. They're pretty good performance-wise too! I hate Saleen (ugly and too expensive for the amount of speed).

I'm sure you can get a better made European car for less than an American one. It's just that Europe doesn't import all their cheap cars. And GM makes only two good cars, Corvette Z06 and CTS-V. How can you say that they GM is good? And I think that Saab and Opel should count because they operate almost completely independent of GM. And when it comes to quality, any European or Japanese car is better than 99% of American cars. And I take European cars over Japanese cars because European cars outperform everything. Does Japan have anything like the Enzo, McLaren F1, Pagani Zonda, Porsche Carrera GT, Bugatti Veyron, or Lamborghini Murcielago? When it comes to everyday cars, I guess I would have to take Japanese cars because they're very economical and are of good just as good quality. Europe and America have nothing that can compete with the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution or Subaru WRX STi.

Actually for speed per dollar, American cars win! For example, spending 700,000 on an Enzo to do the 1/4 mile in 11.2. Spending 3,000 on a Camaro, then suping it up with the remaining money will make it own any Enzo any day!
