Default Honda Civic Type-R vs Audi S3 (old)

Which one do you really prefer? Please explain why! Don't take the prices into consideration. Let me clarify that I'm talking about the OLD Audi S3.
Let me give you some info:

Honda Civic Type-R
2000cc normally aspirated
200PS @ 7400 rpm
20 kgm @ 5900 rpm
0-100 km/n: 6.8 sec
235 km/h
FWD

Audi S3 (old)
1800cc twin turbo
225PS @ 5900 rpm
28,5 kgm @ 2200 rpm
0-100 km/h: 6,6 sec
243 km/h
4WD (quattro)

Well what do you think?
I will not state my opinion yet...

The Type-R. It way be fwd, it may be very "poor" on the inside..but it has these buckets..this steering wheel, this handbrake, these pedals..everything..Makes u wanna drive it to the xtreme..Superb handling, amazing grip, ok looks, and an engine that can raise dead...With one word..WOW

I think that it is crazy that anybody would choose a honda civic over an audi with 4wd. it has more hp and is a better made car all together. And, on the plus side, it is made by volkswagen

I choose audi, but not because of the brand, it's an overall better car for the guy who likes driving, Honda is more for kids putting on flames on the sides and big sideskirts, anyway, Honda is great value for the price

I would still have to say that the S3 would be more fun because even though the civic type-R might make you want to drive it extreme, it doesnt have the right prerequisites to do so. In my book, the most xtreme way to drive is to race in a rally, so i would go with the 4WD.

yeah I would say that the S3 would be more fun to drive than the FWD civic.
At least with 4WD you have more grip to get it to higher speed on corners. - FWD will just understeer. 4WD does as well but not to the same extent.

Yeah, me too! The TT also has only 2 seats, so you can't go with your friends for a ride like with the S3.

Default S3!!!

Hi,

Audi has proved that the 1.8 20VT is a very good engine and that they make one of the best 4wd-systems (quattro) on the market!!

So i'll take the S3....

But there is one little mistake here... It has only one Turbo, It's no twin turbo!!
The other specifications are ok.

Hi,

Maybe this car will not be sold all arouns the world but i would like to notice that the S3 has al little brother that drives quite as good with FWD!!!

I'm talking about the Seat Leon Cupra R I'ts got the same engine the same technology, made by volkswagen about 250 kg lighter!!

And it Drives as well!!! It's a good mix between the civic and the s3!!!
