Default Civic Si Concept Vs. Nissan Sport Concept

2005 Honda Civic SI Concept:

2005 Nissan Sport Concept:

No specs, they are both concepts..

What do you think?
Which do you like best?
Which do you think will make production?

Design-wise, I prefer the Nissan, but I think that the Civic will reach production, as the next generation Civic.

The Nissan.. mostly based on looks; as there really are no specs at this moment.

The Civic Si is actually really well designed. It's incorporating the really popular Acura elements and edging away from the Hatchback look that has probably turned off alto of the American audience. If they keep it mostly how it is, offer the 200 hp engine, and keep the price relatively smart, I think it will be much more sucessful than Hondas last stab at a high performance Civic.

The Nissan thing is, well, really crappy looking so far. Concepts are starting to get closer to what they can actually produce, but I hope this is one exception to the rule. I agree that it honestly looked like something crapped it out. It's angles are akward and bulgy, like it was designed by a bunch of monkeys hyped up on LSD. I really hope they at least make the wheels a little smaller. A sports car is suppsoed to be responsive, and those heavy things aren't gonna cut it.

I think the honda's better just because the design is much more down to earth and much more sporty
The nissan is something like a new design but for back in the 90's

I almost threw up when I saw the nissan concept, i don't know but it just looks really upgly (when I first saw it, I thought it looked a lot like a prius ) and I'm not saying the honda is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, but it looks a lot better then the nissan. But of course, I'm just basing this on looks, hopefuly some one finds some stats.
