Well there are still some r34s in the US. There's one for sale in MD. And you can wait till 2008 for Nissan to start selling them here.

This thread is pointless. Its like a voting scale that a particular candidate will be handed votes or not. A skyline GTR is an awesome car with better performance than most cars out there in that horsepower field, 300hp area. 1/4's in the high 12's and AWD along with the RWD set-up. But I wouldnt buy one since I dont live in Japan..... Prices are too high for them in the States so i'd have to settle down with something else. Too bad its been giving a bad image for being in a riced out movie of which, it wasn't even the "HERO" car (There is a God...)

But fact is, no matter how hard anyone bashes on a particular car... performance specs cannot be ignored.... The homeless guy down the street can exclaim how poorly built the C6 z06 vette was built and how ugly it is.... but in the end, performance matters most for the sports car world, along with decent looks and muscular attributes.

And no, I wouldn't pick a Skyline over a 911.... so I'm not that great of a Skyline fan. I am, however, a fan of performance and value.

actually if you don't want to upgrade any thing on that car but turbo,you should stick below 500whp.the 3rd gear will brake on 500whp range.

my third gear broke also when i turboed. That doesn't mean anything. Obviously you have to upgrade when looking for power to be safe..... i wasn't that inteligent at that time....

Thats a pretty bold statement. Considering they are paid to drive cars fast, they drove those cars and have professional testing equipment all on the same day with similar weather. Where as you are some guy with a computer.
