Nissan GT-R Concept

So, what do you think about the GT-R Concept? I know that this car was unveiled in 2002 (it was announced by 2001 or thereabouts) but there wasn't a topic that talked about it.
I don't like very much the frontal but the tail catches all the Skyline spirit, don't you think?

The engine is going to be an all new 3.5 liter V6 developing around 375 HP.

Anyways,
I love it - i actually prefer it to the all previous skylines. But goign on looks i cant see it being the street racer that the R33/34 have become.

I don't really know about street racing, but I certainly wouldn't mind having one...

The front is really nice but the back lights are like in the car not very nice but i'd take it any day

Are you guys serious? I seriously disslike it's design ( not that i think it's ugly, but it's just not a Skyline anymore and it doesn't looks like anything special. ). I'd prefer this over a R32, but definately not over the R33 and R34's.

Perhaps not over a R34, but I think I'd prefer it over all other versions.

yeah i know what you mean, as a car i really like it, but it just isnt a 'skyline' anymore, it looks alot more classy and expensive as opposed to just being about engine and electronics.

I mostly agree with Mallon; The new concept hasn't got a 'Skyline design' anymore, witch is a shame. It looks more like a business, high class car. But i can't see how you like it's design, i still think it's really nothing special....

I DON'T CARE! They are changing it from the concept because it didn't get a good response. Though I personally like its design, it doesn't matter because the aren't going to have it looking anything like the old concept.

Nissan Skyline 300GT

Infiniti G35 Coupe

I prefer the GT-R Concept design over the latest Skyline one. Yes, the new Skylines are beautiful (look at that bold back) but they did lost all the former models appereance.
The infiniti G35 is basically the same japanese Skyline.

!?! LOL, what a hideous car! Man, Nissan screwed the Skyline up, they screwed it up big time! The Infiniti looks way better.
