Honda is busy developing a new NSX, not as Honda but as Acura. The engine is rumourd to be a V10 with 500ps and high fuel efficiency, less then 10liters every 100km. The picture is still a mule, it won't look like this in the production stage.

I have to say that the original NSX was one of the most spectacular sportscars of the 90's, & it forced other makers to focus on performance refinement.
But I think that this new one won't continue the tradition...it's has a FR layout & doesn't seem to be that light. Besides, how can they make a V10 engine that boasts a 500ps with a fuel consumption of "LESS THAN 10 LITERS PER 100 KM", the honda fit covers the same distance for nearly 6.8 liters, & that is from an I-4 engine. I know Honda can do amazing things but.....I don't know. Last edited by mnd750 : Jun 17, 2008 at 3:53 PM. |

The pic looks good. But if they will sell it for 70K+ it won't be worth it because it will have an Acura badge.

^^ I know but for 70K+ I would get a Z06, a used Grandsport, a used S550, a viper, a M3, a 911, ect. You know to show off.

Don't focus on the pic. It's just a mule. And I would rather have a Honda label than an Acura label on the car.

^^ No I like it. I just think that it is not worth that price tag of 70K+; because for the same price you can get a high class car like BMW, Maserati, Benz, ect.

With the old NSX you can have that arguement because its rivals had alot more power but thats not the case anymore so far as im concerned its more than good enough to rival its competitors.

I have no problem with the proformance or looks or any thing like that with the new one. The problem with it is that it has a acura badge. If it had any other high class badge on it I would give it a chance.
Think about it normal people in the street might not know that it's a good car they will just say nice Acura; but if you drove up in a Maserati or a BMW they will wow nice car I wish had that. You get what I am tring to say right. Most normal people don't know as much about cars as the people on his site so what those people are going to be looking for in a car on the street are what brand is it and is it a good looking car. High class=head turner Mid class (like Acura which are always in the street)=not head turner. Last edited by RamboVs.Rocky : Jun 17, 2008 at 6:23 PM. |

Personally i couldnt careless about the badge aslong as its not a P.O.S and since im going to be paying for it my opnion on the car is alot more important than the others.
