Yeah i got a Mitsubishi 3000GT and i need to get a really Throaty sound and to get a Phhssssssttt Sound when i shift but how do i go about this? I know that having a blow off valve will do the phhssssstt sound but i dont have a turbo so what products would you guys recommend buying. I got ICEMAN Cold air intake and that seems to deep'n the pitch of the car not to mention the take off (Nice cold air system). Any exhast systems or any aftermarket items tell me plz k thanks

i think the intakes do the exact opposite of the exhausts.......i think it makes the engine scream at a higher and louder pitch.........
but if you want a real throaty exhaust, i think the dc sports tcs will do just fine (my cousin's friend has it on his integra, and it sounds awesome)....but i dunno about the pppsssssh sound coming from an n/a........

Well you said you don't have a turbo so I would go with the Apexi N1 spec exhaust system. They are generally much less expensive than other brands (Borla, flomaster, etc.) and it will give you that sound your looking for. www.apexi.com

I just want to note that Ive seen ways (dirty, dastardly, horrible ways) to get a "turbo sound" from a N/A car but I wouldnt want you to embarrace yourself like that. If you have no BOV you wont get any BOV sound. Sorry.
