When I try to go to www.rsportscars.com, the page doesn't load and I get an error window saying 'The document contains no data'

We're aware of this problem, it's a server error. This issue will be resolved when we move RSportsCars.com to a new, dedicated server that can handle the current volume of requests.

No, SCF stays right here. :) I'm more than satisfied with this webhost.

No, I don't have that problem anymore. Would browsing with Mozilla affect that? Also- Just so you know, not complaining of anything, RSC loads pretty slow, took like 5-6 seconds for me, and I'm on T1, so on 56k it would be forever.

... then you should notice a BIG difference when RSportsCars.com is on a new server. Especially you, because the new server is located in Dallas, TX. ;)

the location of the server determines how long it takes to load? i didn't know that.

I'm no expert at this, but if the server is located on the other side of the world, or a few hundred miles from you (other things being equal), you probably will notice some difference.

But of course, server load, quality of network, uplink speed, etc. are more important factors than location of the server.
