Why cant we have pictures under our names?
How do u put pictures in the replies and how can I put smilies in the reply too?

How do u put pictures in the replies and how can I put smilies in the reply too?You can have a picture under your name (this picture is called an avatar :) ). You may have to enable them in your User CP (User CP > Edit Options > Thread Display Options) before you can see them.

About your other question, you should really read the FAQ. It's all explained in detail there. You should also enable the WYSIWYG editor in your User CP.
