how can you not beat it? you can beat it eventully. I know it is hard but fun. I dont know the name of the missions, but if it is the one I think then.

a one point where you get bombarded by flood there will be a cornor you can get into that can fit two Spartans. if you are playing with a friend make sure the one to the right has a shotgun ( for when the flood get to close ) and the other has a rifle for all around killing them. if you are by your self I forget which gun you should use. but this is an effective way me and my friend did about 6 of these flood parts. pluse you get piles of dead bodies that make you look like you own.

this is an inside joke kinda. you have to get it to laugh. the only thing I will say is bomb squad, and you should be able to get the rest.

Beating Halo on Legendary is tough, no matter the level, The Library is the most annoying, because it's not actually hard, just repetitive...

The key on legendary on any level is grenades and heavier weapons, shotgun, rocket launcher, etc...Whenever up against Covies, use the needler, plasma pistol or plasma rifle. All three can mow them down on Legendary pretty easily.

As for The Library, some tactics that almost are always succesful are toss grenade where enemy will be when it explodes, back pedal whilst doing so, or running to the area with the most cover while firing the shotgun and plasma rifle. The Rocket launcher is helpful but ammo is scarce...Surprisingly the pistol, human, is really effective, it'll knock the flood down. Yes they'll get up, but it gives you that all important breather for a few seconds while you reload the shotgun, charge up your shields, or make your getaway.

Either way, just keep forging ahead...Takes aloooooot of patience, but the "secret" ending of the game is worth it IMO.
