Look guys, these two cars r awesome...But if someone had put me a gun in my head and forced me to choose, then i would choose the Gallardo...Why? Mainly cause it's more an everyday car...U can go to ur work, go for shopping and general make use of it daily..While the Stradale...Is more of a track car...

That's a tough one, both aren't very good looking. The Gallardo looks a bit better though, and as i don't have to consider wich one performs better ( cause they're both brilliant performing machines, so i think that's not an important factor. ), i think i'll probably take the Gallardo. I think i would definately be sure wich one i'd pick, if the Gallardo had the 360 Challenge Stradale paint scheme, that would make it look fantastic!

Please, don't get me wrong, i don't disslike them. I said: 'Both aren't very good looking'. I never said i didn't like them. They look good, but not that good. Maybe my taste is a bit weird to you, but that's just how i think about them. And about my taste of design... I can't explain, i like and disslike cars of every class. Maybe it'll help if i'd tell you that muscle cars are my fave cars for sure. With all Vipers on my personal #1, the '71 Dodge Challenger RT Hemi at #2 and the '70 Plymouth 'Cuda RT Hemi at #3. I can only be clear about those cars, not about any other type.

Lol , k i was confused whit volkswagon then, but I swear on my moms live, that that car went 246 kmph, he had the car almost completely tuned, lowerd weel base, bigger weels, better excaust, had front spoiler and a bigger back spoiler, and more but dont know it for sure anymore, it was almost 2 years ago he had that car, he has a BMW 520 TDI this one only goes +/- 230 kmph, its tuned to here im not sure which parts, but my dads Alfa 156 went 246 kmph, I was in the car when he drove that fast, it was in germany(dont ask me were, some kind of highway, whit no top speed it think), i dont really car that you dont believe me, cause i know that it is true

Sory my opinion is that the Gallardo looks more boring ,
the Ferrari have very nice designed air-intake's the lambo only very smooth lines and the back is very strange agian :S is don't understand the design , to types of design!.

I prefer 360 Far above the Gallardo!

For the first time ( :P ) I will have to agree with Alfa.
IMO, the 360 Modena (which is one of the most beautiful cars ever) looks better than the Gallardo. I don't know about performance, however.

Now of course I'm not generalising this. For instance, I believe that the Murcielago looks better than the 575M Maranello, and performs better too.

But for this comparison, I'll stick with the 360. (Modena, not Spider)

althouhg you have to say that the 575M and Murcielago are cars trying to do very different things, so you cant judge one of them on performance.
I dont have a favourite between those to, they both are brilliant cars.

I don't know why Lamborghini sold out to VW but I don't think that they can produce more powerful engines or more beautiful cars than they made before...I think it's all about the money.It's all about the damdamdiririmdam... :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :P :P

I think the Murcielago/Gallardo are so much more 'beautiful' than the Diable/Contach/Whatever other older Lambo.

And in selling to VW they've only a few years in made Lambo make quite a bit more profit. ($9M in Q1/2 this year if i rememeber).

I definetly agree that lamborghini have lost some of there 'edge' but they gained a lot more IMO - like being able to be used every day and reliablity.

Do you expect them to just pour money into Lamborghini and let them go as normal? Lamborghini did not have a shortage of money before.
VW bought it, and since they are a business intend on maximising profit. By making more sober cars - that can be used everyday - they will do that, and as I said before they have succeeded.
This is a good move, i think its better to have more people wanting Lambo's for everyday ise than having a few people having lambo's only for the weekend.

The diablo was designed in the early 90's.

If you compare that with something like mercedes's SL or ferrari testarossa/F40 of the same era - there is just as much 'evolution' from one car to the next.
So for that reason i dont think, as you said, that lambos style has died. It is still very ibviously lambo. AND in most peoples cases better lambos - hence the increasing profits.

I prefer the Challenge Stradele over the Gallardo. I don't really know why, but I think that the Gallardo is kind of ugly from the rear, and that may be why I like the Ferrari more. They're both really cool cars, but I would take a 911 GT3 RS over both of them.

I would prefere Challenge Stradele becouse it's gear box is very good and it got's more power and Stradele is more beautifull for me. Porsh is getting old. Just look at new 911. I'm starting to dislike it.:mad:
