I accidentally stumbled upon a japanese website selling supercars and I saw Lamborghini Diablo GTR on display.

Here are some photos, but I find them little odd. The car was only driven 7000km but the interior and the engine room looks really old.

Does anyone have an idea what happened to this car?

bonnet is not fully closed. (like, it's closed but it doesn't look tight) Does this mean that this car possibly went through an accident that caused some distortion in the car body and thus, the bonnet cannnot be fully closed?

Moreover, the original GTR has the front part of the car in black. But this car has yellow for the front part. This could possibly mean that the car was repainted?

-------------------------------------------------------------This part(^^^)
looks quite dirty, and the carbon part close to the gear looks also dirty. WHat is the possible problem w/ this car?

Around the roll-cage, you can see yellow paints. This mean that the car was repainted... (but why?... maybe the car was invovled in an accident.) Lastly, the engine room is generally dirty...

Do you guys think this car has ran only 7000km as advertised?

Well, I have a model of one of these. It's 1:18. It's pretty much the same except the bonnet. I say that's cos of a careless owner who didn't close it properley.

Don't care about it unless you buy it.

I'm not gonna buy it... (to be more correct, I can't afford it)

What I wanna do is to train my eyes so I can identify which used car is good and which is bad...

Please help me :)

Well, remember, this is a racing car. It's highly possible it was in a crash, and was repaired.

But I'd say your fairly accurate. You've spotted a few things which are probably proof the car was in an accident. That yellow doesn't look original at all.

yes, it has been in an accident then lol

darn, that looks absolutley awsome, i mean, 7000km, i dont care if its repainted or whatever, its just awsome...

if it had all 7000km on the track, it must have been in many accidents or something like that and will have repainted many times, race cars are tough, so expect some of them not really in the perfect side...but hell, i would prefer the ones with those black stuff, though i must say, damn thats sexy

yeh judging by this pic it has been in a small shunt but i dont think it would be left to stop the bonnet shutting

Yeah, shunt I'd say. If I had the money I'd definitely be getting myself one of those, they look wicked.
