Ok this may be a silly question, but the Zonda Rs will have CLK GTR engines, right? Does that mean that AMG are still producing these engines which are the same as the ones used in the CLK GTRs or will produce new ones which are the same as the ones used in the CLK GTRs for Pagani or will they have to *sob* take engines out of existing CLK-GTRs? What I mean is, where do they get the engines from in the first place?

Why would they have to take engines out of Existing CLK GTR while there are only 25 of them :P
The CLK GTR engine is derived from Mercedes Benz M120, the Zonda is already using a 7.3L edition of the same engine; as AMG is still building M120s specialy for Pagani

Why would Pagani take engines from CLK-GTRs when there is only 25 of them like what EvolutioniuM said.
Pagani probably request Mercedes or AMG to build the engines for them and then Pagani pay them for it.
And yeah, AMG make their engines by hand, well thats what i think at least.

yea, the CLK did only have 25 of them and no parts for them are for sell to anyone else except for the car if you get what i mean...
Pagani asked them to make the engine for him, for his cars, as you know and lambospeed pointed that AMG makes engine by hand, which is absolutley cool and somehow good, and gosh, i wonder how AMG made their 7.3 litre engine make that sound, because all of the engine AMG makes for Mercs are like the sound of the SLR, i mean i heard one SL65 on the streets passing a car at like 120kmh and gosh it was like heaven...but yea, thats what i could think of
