I'm wondering what everyone thinks of the new metal that Ford has introduced in Europe recently. In 2006 Ford launched two new MPV's (Multi purpose vehicles). The S-MAX and new Galaxy. Each is great to drive, the S-MAX has a very sporty dynamic edge over every other MPV on sale and can also have the 2.5i T5 engine from the Focus ST. Most are sold with Fords new TDCi Diesel engines which are quiet, very economical and quite powerful with the Galaxy having a 140PS 2.0i version. Both models are expected to soon have a 2.2i TDCi with around 165PS. The S-MAX and Galaxy have a Flexable seating system with seats folding into the cars floor to create a completely flat load space ala Vauxhall/Opel Zafira style. Here are some nice pictures of the two models:

The Galaxy looks smaller than it has done in the past, not looking so bad anymore actually...
Well compared to that

well thats a nice car - the taillights look similar to the Hyundai Concept a few threads ago... well i think it looks kind of average; looks very similar to its predecessers..

Well overall I'd have to say that its alright; its not the flashiest model I've seen...

Out of the 2, i like the S-MAX better. It just looks more better and more compact than the Galaxy. The galaxy looks like a huge elephant that has lost its trunk and tail due to an overdose of ice.

Oh God, I remember those days, literally everyone had one of those cars!

Anyway, I am a big fan of the S-Max and the new Galaxy. Both similar looking, which is good because they are very very stylish. They've got brilliant interiors, are very very spacious, as seen in the pictures, economical and very practical if you have a family. They're also fun to drive aswell, and have brilliant engines, the 5-cylinder one from the Focus ST. I reckon Ford has a winner.

If you didn't like that sort of thing then you could also go with a Citroen Picasso. They're also fun to drive, economical, practical and have an interior out of this world.

Lol the Picasso, is a joke. It quite literally is a blob. It just, ugh, very boring and average lol.
Little Citroen cars are good, you get into the bigger ones and they get worse and worse lol.

Welcome to SCF! Actually the S-MAX is smaller than the Galaxy, in fact by quite a margin. Think the the Galaxy as an Estate car vs. a Hatchback... But not quite so dramatic Lol.
