Honestly, we hit the limiter and immediately we were all like "155 already, wow!"
and then we realize the speedo is at 170. It gets there very fast.

Limiters don't always work 100%. I think the 350Z is has one of those limiters but you can still do at least 160mph in one. Perhaps your M5 was not restricted for some reason?

It was limited, but instead of 155 it was 170. Now it will go all the way to the rumored 205 mph.
With me behind the wheel, i've had it at 176.

The thing is about these limiters they put on, there electronic. There not fuel controlled or anything. So if your still accelerating hard at 150 odd, the limiter probably won't realise whats going on.

That's what I've read about them anyway. I'm not exactly the most experienced in these matters lol.

Last night i broke my record going 95-100ish on a stretch of straight long and desolate NC highways, it was after our high school's football game, me and these other two guys 'racing' this dodge stealth, we were neck and neck and then they backed down and put on their hazards and stopped? I was very happy considering that a win for me and considering our nissan frontier isn't the fastest car out there.

hah, maybe now, not in 2000/2001 (we have an '01). 170 hp and 200 ft. lbs. we have the SE V6 crew cab, 3.3 liter V6, gets terrible mileage.

yes it has a side seat he can take it in and out when he wants to. he has it made so that he can drive it legally and on the strips. usually he just changes out the tires. and it was kilometers

No, it's probably the delay box, timer set, and throttle stop controller. That's a lot of work, taking it out and putting it back in.

he usually keeps the computer thingy there but replaces it witha seat when he is going into town with it that and he has to take off the wheelie bar

It's Toyota's shitty 2.4L inline-4 that's been in the Camry since forever...160 hp 160 ft lbs. It was really slow, kind of annoyed me actually. I remember when we first went to test drive it the car salesman was like go ahead, floor it, give it a run. Me: uhh ok. I floored it, got up to about 50. Salesman: so what do ya think? Me: uh it's alright, my van is actually faster but whatever. Along with the transmission they have with it... it's horrible.

But yea the 4 cylinder is limited at 127 mph, it didn't seem all that fast though. In that car 60 feels like 45 and 85 (which I was doing the majority of that trip) feels like 60 so almost 130 didn't have me crapping my pants or anything. It was a 4 lane highway too, no one else on their.

My van however...getting up to 100 mph in that thing is scary lol.

The Fastest ive ever been in my car was driving from miami beach from 41st street up to 195 if anyone know's miami beach they know that highway is long and straight which is perfect. I got my car up to 142 mph, i may have been faster but thats when i looked at the guages. I have this saying tell me if anyone thinks about it as well, if you can control yourself at a high speed avoiding accidents and maneuver with skill and confidence then your one exceptional driver going regular speed above everyone else, thats how i think.

lol. I'm with you on this one, I actually think the camry engine is rather responsive, and overal great. The same engine is used in the TC. My mom has the 2.4l camry 04', and because its an SE, it has the anti sway bars and stiffer suspension. The engine itself responds great but i'm overal impressed with the camries, they handle well to even being fwd.

no it is the saxo look vts 1.4 75Hp with 8 valves. as you see i don't have oil temp on the dashboard(only 1,6 does)
