The caparo T1. caparo have now revised there T1 and 50hp more
that makes 550bhp in car that weight 500kg. Making now 1100 bhp per ton. As well as 3g in the corners there is no doubt this is faster than anything else out there.

holy sh*t i love this car more every time i see it, its a LMP-F1 hybrid road car! so fast... i'm starting to think this'd give any LMP and possibly an F1 a run for their money...

I wonder why they changed the seating plan to 2 from 1+1 ? But apparently it's bigger than 550hp, it's like 3.5 litre V8, won't say how much power it is, but apparently it CAN give up to 200hp per litre. So that's 700hp, in a car that weighs roughly 500kg. Madnesssssss.

It has always been 1+1. though 700bh will never be a reality. caparo want the engine to be reliable to thats how it was designed

That's pretty crazy. I reckon it won't really give an F1 car a run for its money though. The F1 cars are edging out around 750-800bhp, and only weighing in at 600kg. And they have a manic top speed, but they are absolutely ruthless through the corners, nothing really comes close to them.

Mind you, this is pretty much an F1 car for the road to be honest, and did I mention it looks very good aswell? Can't wait for some videos of this machine.

This car seems quite spectacular to me, perhaps the next level of how supercars will be made. A race car for the road, while still passing street legality everywhere.

And benny, I happened to look at your sig, and a thought came to me, this car to me seems as if it would beat the CCX handily, at least looking at the numbers on paper. That is if they do not become biased and not push it to the limit.

Go look at the pictures you posted. The two seats are next to each other, not 1+1 like the concept.

it could be pushed further, but caparo but reliabilty first. So i doubt there will be any detuning.

As for the track. Top gears track is based mainly on acceleration. this does 0-100mph in under 5. plus 3g cornering. It would make short work of anything. But going further, say the nurburgring. Well the record there is held by a radical sr8. Both cars have 3g cornering, but the caparo has 170 more bhp, and weights 50kg less. The caparo should destroy everything thats ever driven around the nurburgring. Excluding probaly some race cars.

Plus look at ground clearance. I've seen cars with less go over speed bumps. So it will work on the road.

It probably will beat the CCX around the track, although I probably won't change my sig because 1) I am a person who doesn't like change (in some things) and 2) because I like the CCX more, I suppose it has a special place in my heart for being my first sig on SCF, and I really really like the car. We'll see what happens.

Why did they change the roof? It used to be a closed top! And look at the license plate in the picture Maserati Man posted. It's right in front of the right side front spoiler... which means it will get eight tons of downoforce on the left side front spoiler, and zero downforce on the right... Only a lot of drag. Awesome.

I think they to hit 1000 already, mabey an all aluminum 5 liter + is in order ?

they already considered adding lots of horsepower, but it meant more weight and then needing add more weight to the car to keep it stable. then resulting in another bugatti veyron. Thats what they said anyway. So i doubt more horsepower is on its way. Maybe 650 tops. but deffinetly no more.

its made from carbon fibre, and that quality suft. Super light, yet its super duper strong. a rock would have a hard time.:D

nooo, now the car has 2 seats beside each other, no more jet interior settings, then the top thing, i want a sunroof, not a convertible, i think ill just have the one with 50 hp less
