BMW has launched a new M Sport package for the new 3-Series coupe and convertible. Offered on all engine variants, M Sport cars come with a raft of additional equipment as standard compared to an SE model.

An M Aerodynamic body styling package gives the car a sporter look, while Sport suspension with a stiffer, and 15mm lower, setup provides a more focussed ride.

All models come with 18-inch M star-spoke light alloy wheels as standard with a differently styled 19-inch M Double-spoke light alloy wheel as an option. High-gloss Shadow line exterior finishes to the window surrounds is also a standard feature.

Inside, all M Sport models feature Sports seats upholstered in Blue Shadow cloth Alcantara, Individual anthracite headlining, M designation doorsill finishers and a short-shift M gearlever with a perforated leather gaiter and handbrake lever. A Brushed Aluminium interior trim and M leather steering wheel complete the package.

M Sport models are traditionally a popular choice for BMW buyers. On six-cylinder-engined 3 Series Coupé and Convertible models they account for more than three-quarters of all sales. The introduction of this latest generation of sports model is expected to maintain this ratio.

M Sport model cars are only available in a choice of four metallic colours (Titanium Silver, Black Sapphire, Le Mans Blue, Sparkling Graphite) and two non-metallic colours (Alpine White, Crimson Red).

My God that's a sexy car. Things that have been done to it look better though. 15mm will make the car have less body roll, and the suspension's better aswell. Rims look the part aswell.

I really wouldn't mind one of these in Crimson red or the metallic black. And, the convertible version will probably look as good, if not better than the Coupe. But wouldn't the Coupe more rigid as it was?

The BMW fanboys will be creaming their jeans pretty soon.

It looks bland, but it could've been worse.

This is totally seeing past the pointism from BMW. The 320 is not supposed to be more focussed to drive. The M3 takes tha role. The 320 is much more comfortable and luxury car-ish.

i just dont like the back of the car, and the lines could overall be a little better. But have you seen the M3 Coupe?! WOW. Now that car is done right. This 3 series though, just can't carry the convertible like the previous models

this isn't the official "M3" right? If it was...this is totally not what I expected...the 335i IMO is more aggressive (especially in blue:p). Is there a picture of the coupe?

I don't see what's so great about this car. You can easily call me a BMW fan boy (pre-Bangle). I love what they do. The M3 is probably my favorite car ever made and I love everything about it, even its crappiness. However...I just can't get past the looks of the new BMW's. They are terrible in my opinion. The edges are just TOO sharp, and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. If you look at the E46 M3, its good...period. This new car...it's just a NOT as good BMW.

I know this isn't the new M3, but odds are it will be pretty similar. I'm not so sure I'm really looking forward to what they are going to present to us in the near future.

Considering its just the M boys playing around with a body kit and some suspension tweaks its not too bad. I'm looking forward to seeing the new M3, but for me, most new BMW's seem bland and have lost their passion... They have no soul, its now just a car.

I really like this. The rims suit the car perfectly, and the bodykit looks great. Shame its only a 320i though.

i like it, thuogh if it was the coupe, it would be better, it looks pretty agressive, it has the feel of the previous version of the M3 and the rear, still looking like the previous M bodykit of the 3 series, i dont know what to say, pretty similar...though same as jamesy, im still abit sad because its the 320, it would be better if it was the 335i...
