I'm about to place an order on the Xede Stand alone unit from www.vishutuning.com they have a kit that will bring the power to 380-400Hp (335HP at the wheels), and I guess torque figures at the same or higher rating ( See Dyno chart attachment ) for only $1200 , I Will def max it out on Performance figures up to a certain point, after all is my everyday driver and will be sticking with me for a Long Long time, BUT Def i will wait to see how the new M3 Will Rank in power and make sure to top it by few extra of whatever that M will be, but hey, it's all talk now. I will be posting upgrades.

wow, those performance mods sounds good, but keep the things up to date with the performance, as the car cant handle that much power with stock stuff...parts will departure from the car, my dads BMW 330CI was just missing a whole of the engine...and it still runs...how weird, good luck with the car, and keep it clean...:p

Hmmmmm.......VishuTuning.com has contacted BMW and spoke w' the engineers, they said that the Frame, 335i, its 45% more stiffer than the new 3 series sedans which are already 15% more stiffer than the mighty E46 M3, They said the 335i can handle up to 550HP-600HP and still Maintain its driveability with no problems

oh thats good, because the E46 wasnt similar to that...hope you have good experiences smoking new M3s....:p

600bhp.. damn! Thats good..
my dad likes the new E92, but his got something against turbos, his old turbo use to give him the *****s, so he might buy a 328i 6MT coupe, or wait to see what other do, but i think he'll get the 328i E92, cos' he cant wait to drive one!

What can i say, well even know they say it can support 600HP, that's kinda extreme for me, But i will Def go Near 500HP....Tell your Dad to test drive it before getting the 328, its only few grand extra, i think $4000 over the 328i, this thing is NOTHING like past turbos, it Feels nothing like a turbo engine, it reminds me more of my cousins Mustang GT V8 Punch, there is no Lag of the turbos whatsoever....its just smooth linear power....You've got 300 pounds of torque as early as 1400 RPM's...Here are the stats of the engine:

I hear you, well for reliability, i guess his gonna have to wait couple months and see, so far the car is solid and from "e90post" everyone tells me problems "0" even couple guys who have the Xede and Cat Backs, No SVC ENG LIGHTS no reliability issues, if anything they all say that the car drives smoother and burns less gas when driven normal.

That really looks great. The investment of a rear wing might be wise if you get near 500 bhp - it'll ease up the twitchiness and make it easier to drive. You could also consider lowering the car to make it hug the road better. Anyhow, they are just suggestions. Have fun with that thing.

That looks really cool. And soon with those mods, even cooler! Love the lip though. It just ads what the stock BMW is missing. And it isn't so large that it makes everyone look at you weird, but it is good enough to make people glance at it. When you are done modding, you are going to have one really nice car...ohh i want a BMW 335i...

Argh, handling is only important in Formula 1 and dog fights. There's nothing like getting to a straight piece of road, bury the right pedal, and hang on for dear life as two gallons of petrol catapult you to the horizon. Lol, anyways, congrats on the new front lip... it looks nice. And good luck with the performance upgrades.

I doubt he will.
Man, that looks stunning. I really like the new lip, and overall it adds to a car in a positive way. If I were to purchase a '3 I wouldn't but it in white. I don't think it looks as good as say, silver, or black.
Congrats on the purchase, btw.

man that looks well sweet especially in white. Just one question though, why didn't you opt for the m-sport version as it has a lip similar to this as standard ? just wonderin ...
i like the sound of those power upgrades, also a limited slip diff would go really well with this car.

Doesn't the M-sport upgrade have other things other than the lip? If he only wanted the lip, then there really isn't much of a point in getting a whole option package to get the lip. It'd be a waste of money, to be honest.

wel lthe M package does look nice, but the rims included in that for me is just too ugly, but still, maybe he plans to add non BMW manufactured parts to it later

Well the M-sport had different wheels and a different rear bumper which were not to my liking, Once the M3 is out i will make the rear end/Bumper and Side skirts exact the same, as far as wheels go, I am thinking of the light weight BBS LM 18'' i thought about going 19'' but the 18'' provide something like 0.2 sec better acceleration...! :)
To be honest money aside i wouldn't have mind to wait for the M3, but I am a Turbo-Nut, and after allot or research i found out that the 425HP that the M3 will have could be beaten w' 385 HP of a 335i w' just the "XEDE" ECU by www.vishutuning.com, and trust me, i will wait for about 1-2 years before i head to the 500HP mark, want to see which products will make sense and be reliable for a long run... I have already beat an E46 M3, and a E39 M5, I must say the M5 was hard to beat, I was behind his bumper all the way to 130mph, then from 5th to 6th I got the upper hand, we had a half vehicle length @ 155 for about 1 min then we end it, he gave me the thumbs up and exit Interstate 95 exit 147 to Vero Beach :) So I guess if the new M3 is lighter than the E39 M5 (I bet it would be) and has an additional 25hp, it should be quick enough to get 0-60 in 4.5 sec or so..! The Xede kit that they have now with only an additional Racing cat back ( ($3000.00 total) Does 0-60: 4.1 Sec and 196mph Top........:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek ::eek: BUT Again, I am Careful like that, i want to wait 1-2 years before I "Void" My warranty by adding mods, even know i am so tempted .........!
Car and Driver Test drove the 335i and here are the results
NOTE: the test was conducted w' a sedan which is "103 pounds Heavier" than my coupe....!

well hey, congrats on the new car!! i was actually going to get one myself until i found that E39 sitting right next to it... tempting ughh so i bought the E39 instead lolll
anywhoos, that XEDE ECU you mentioned, the one that says it brings the performance figures to 385-400 at the crank, its a huge power increase for sure, but since BMW fitted it with such TINY turboes to eliminate the turbo lag, those little turboes will easily burn out under hard use like what the chip is giving it.
i dont know for sure, im just guessing, but just be careful not to blow one of those turboes. after that XEDE thing, think of getting some bigger turboes for your beautiful car, they might last longer and have much much much much more potential obviously than your tiny stock turboes.
oh and as for the new M3, youd be able to smoke it anyday once your rides done =) good luck bro
