60 unique Ferraris
As part of its 60th anniversary celebrations, Ferrari will build a series of 60 truly unique cars. These will be based on the 612 Scaglietti, the Prancing Horse’s range-topping Granturismo which combines blistering performance and superb handling with superior comfort, sumptuous handcrafted trim, state-of-the-art accessories and meticulous attention to detail.
The cars will be offered with a two-tone livery in a combination of classic Ferrari colours as used on some of the Prancing Horse’s most memorable models. The interior appointments will feature sophisticated colour combinations and a stunning new-generation electrochromic glass roof, itself a major innovation. The degree of opacity of the roof, in fact, can be adjusted to suit the occupants’ requirements.
To underline the exclusivity of this series of one-offs, each example will also boast an enamelled symbol set on the central tunnel representing one of the 60 historic events chosen to celebrate the Marque’s anniversary.
The result is a true collector’s car aimed at Ferrari’s most dedicated clients.

that glass roof is pretty neat, ive always wondered why people dont just install that glass in their cars. I dont think its THAT expensive, and the ability to be selectivly tinted would be tight.

Already seen this car quite a few months ago, but it does look quite nice, I really wanna see a 599 or F430 versions of these, that would be mindblowingly good.
Lovely interior on this one I have to say. And the black beats the blue it's usually pictured in.

The interior and the paintjob looks sexy. I don't know if the headlights alaways have been silver, but it certainly looks awesome.
The glass roof is the sausage of death. It looks good in pictures, but the real world is filled with rotten leaves and bird crap, so it will cause more harm than good.

That's not possible, it's been released a few days ago.
I think you're confusing it with another special edition 612, there have been quite some others

I saw it in TG a few months ago, but you may be right. It might have been a very very similar 612. The badges are the only obvious reasons right now, it was something to do with an Italian tuner or something.

I have to say all Ferraris should be red and on the odd occasion they can be yellow, but i do not like black on a Ferrari lol...its all about the red Ferraris!!!

I agree with that on the older Ferrari's(pre 90's). But on the new ones like the Enzo, 612, FXX and some others, I actually prefer other colours then red.

Well now, maybe it's the pictures or something, but I think it's finally starting to grow on me. Not bad.

gimme a 599 over this car any day. I was never really a big fan of front engined ferraris. If you have one you gotta hear that whine coming from behind you like all the formula 1 cars.
better handling too if im correct, who am I kidding though, its ferrari they both handle great.

It's a Danish slang. It's my goal in life to make it international.

lol... but i dont want to crash my ferrari! I've always thought, why don't they design MR cars to be safe from the front...and make it all from carbon fibre... thats probably very stiff... and safe.
This car is nothing special to me. Its like that Porsche Carrara Targa... Whats so great about it? Yeah, its a good car, but it still doesn't have that Ferrari wonder in it. This just looks like a special edition with 5 comfort tweaks that can sell for 790k more then the original when it becomes rare

I think MR cars are safer than front engined cars when it comes to frontal collisions. The front situated engine is usually a big safety issue as it will be pushed towards the driver. On MR cars the front-end will be destroyed, but there won't happen anything to the safety cell, or monocoque or whatever it's called this week.
